• I went somewhere else for my first "big beard" trim. Multiple employees were trying to get me to buy product. Hard sell. It was offensive, not helpful. When I mentioned beard oil to Kacey, she said that Blind Pig carries nice stuff, but it wasn't a hard sell at all. When I mentioned that I actually had a lot of product in my cabinet, she just said to let her know if there was anything in particular I was interested in in the future. She was friendly, worked quickly but diligently, answered some questions I had about different types of straight razors, and the whole visit more than met my expectations. The "front of house" staff was very pleasant as well. And again, no upsell. I felt extremely comfortable there and I made my next appt on my way out. I will definitely be coming back.

• Seems very friendly and laid back. The free assortment of drinks was nice to have even though i didnt choose alcohol or soda. While it is on the high side, this was making sure i had someone do a lot more than just cut hair, it was getting second opinions to fit how i looj*look
