• Ease of appt. Cleanliness, relaxing decor. Your efforts to promote a zen atmosphere. I do wish your staff had asked the customer next to me to go outside to talk on her phone. There are signs posted everywhere, however, apparently milennials do not think it applies to them. Otherwise it was a good experience.
