• I've been receiving keratin treatments from Lea for quite some time, and I truly appreciate her expertise with my hair. However, during my last appointment, she started working on one side of my head while her assistant handled the other. I noticed the assistant's inexperience and raised my concerns. Although they switched sides, the assistant continued to work on my hair. After expressing my discomfort a second time, Lea attempted to guide her, but the assistant caused me pain during the treatment. I mentioned my discomfort again, and Lea then demonstrated the proper technique. A few minutes later, I clearly stated that I didn't want her to continue, as I was in pain and worried that one side of my hair wouldn't receive the same level of care. I felt embarrassed to have to voice my concerns four times, and it left me feeling frustrated and like a test subject. Lea has been instrumental in restoring my hair after it was damaged by an inexperienced stylist, so this experience was particularly upsetting.
