Very well thought out program for introduction to boxing, but I would have preferred if masks were required for all people in the building/participating in indoor classes.

I've worked out at BBF before Covid...I like the classes and the boxing aspect of getting fit. The atmosphere is friendly as are the trainers and the owners. I've had memberships to plenty of gyms over the years and this is the only one I would recommend and take the time to comment BBF has 5 stars from me
