Dana was just terrific. I have my fair share of chronic pain and injuries; she was beyond understanding and truly listened to me if/when something didn't feel right. She adapted the the lesson perfectly to my needs and I'm excited to keep training with her. I'm sore today without any arthritis pain - amazing! Thank you.
