I had a private session with Marina. Although I was a little fearful because it was my very first time doing Reformer Pilates, her calm demeanor and her consummate professionalism allayed my fears. My workout was absolutely wonderful and just what I wanted; smooth and non-impact yet extremely challenging. Two days later I am still very sore. I very much look forward to my next session.
