The teachers are great. Marina is the best. Demonstrates how much she loves what she does and really has a passion for wanting people to be their best
Great instructors! Super engaged with each member of the class. The exercises are hard but doable. I was able to power thru the class despite the challenges.Lots of lunges and crunches. A real workout!! Love it!!
