• This was my first time taking a class at BFS and it definitely won't be the last! I took the SUP Yoga class - I was welcomed in immediately by the instructor and felt so motivated by her as well as the other participants. It was an amazing experience and pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way possible. I can't wait to come back and take another class!
