• Birchwood is always so serene and inviting. I recently took a Restorative Yoga class and it was sooooo relaxing and healing, I highly recommend it!!! I have been battling Lyme for many years (at times was bedridden) and have lost much of my strength and flexibility, so this class was absolutely perfect as an addition to all the things I'm doing to better my overall health. It was a great "first step" for me to begin exploring my body's current "status" and be able to melt into gentle poses with the help & oversight of knowledgeable, kind teachers. I'm so glad I went!
