• I have absolutely nothing but positive feelings about Birchwood. The energy and atmosphere are so very welcoming. From the moment I climb the stairs and am greeted by the loveliest ladies at the reception to the wonderful yogi instructors...the classes are the best I have known. I really appreciate the gentle corrections and the positive words of encouragement go a long way to continue to grow in my practice. Thank you al so very much 🙏
