• I attended Carol’s Gentle Yoga on Saturday morning. The sense of community was heart warming. The teacher embraced all students of all levels, supporting them with progressing on their own personal journey. Everyone in the class treated each other with an elevated sense of respect for one another, which I believed directly trickled down from the excellent staff and teacher at Birchwood. Thanks so much Elenor, Carol, and the Birchwood community for the amazing experience. I was honored to be apart of it.
