• Jerry was great at explaining all of the moves for his class. He walks around and adjusted everyone as needed which was super helpful. The class waschallenging, but also totally doable for someone who doesn't have a ton of yoga experience. I can't wait to come back!

• I like the attention to technical details in the classes I go to. I like exploring different ways to approach a difficult pose. And I get that at Birchwood because the teachers are very well experienced. That is why you get a 10!
