• I don't get up there often for a class because I play a lot of racket sports in the am, but when I do, it's just what I needed. I love that the class is an hour and 15 and not any longer. BC is a very warm and inviting studio and the instructors are always great. Living in the Nyack area, I'm glad I have this wonderful yoga studio to go to when I can. Betsy and Charlene are so nice!!
