After more than a year (or two?) yesterday's class with Julie was such a wonderful re-entry to Birchwood and to my yoga and meditation studies that have been missing from my life bigtime. • I have been to yoga on and off for many years. Birchwood has the right feel which ,for me means yoga is more than just exercise. There is a calming feel to the studio. Yoga teachers whom I've encountered there are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga. Julie and Allison especially kind and embody What yoga teachers should be.
