• The Birchwood Center is an inviting place where you are felt welcomed whenever you walk up those stairs. Each instructor I've had has led an engaging classwhere you can tell that they've read the room and taught what the students present needed. As a yoga teacher myself from out of town, I look forward to coming,because I always pick up a new way of looking at a posture or two. Thank you.
