• Visiting from Toronto for a few days with my family. My wife and daughters had spa services yesterday. I decided to book a manicure and pedicure today. Easy to book. Great text confirmations too. If your in NY, book it. It's conveniently located in the Roosevelt Hotel

• Had the absolute most wonderful experience with the masseuse SUE! She was so warm and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and quiet. Sue gives the most fantastic deep tissue massages. I had terrible knots all over and walked away feeling incredible relief.

• The facility is very clean and the ambience is welcoming. I had a deep cleansing facial done by Mercedes and she did not disappoint. She did a very thorough job. She examined my face closely under the bright light and by feeling for any areas that would require more attention. She asked questions regarding any unusual areas of hardness she felt. I felt very confident that she knew what she was doing just from the way she was examining my face at the start of the process. She did not leave any pore unclogged, resulting in my face looking clear and smooth. I was more than satisfied with the job that she did. And there was the added bonus of a neck, shoulders, arms and hands massage. I would totally recommend this place and especially Mercedes.
