First of All Tyler was so knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us so many options that we could choose according to what suit us. I have just met the trainer Heather yesterday. I could tell how genuine she was since I met her in the parking lot. During class she knew what she was doing. I will definitely recommend this class to all my friends.
