I won't take my pup anywhere else after going to Bingo. I trust that the team will do a good job and will take their time. If they need to trim my pup shorter than what I asked (due to matted fur), they will call me and talk through it before proceeding. This is comforting as my pup has long fur with multiple textures. This is what turned me off from another groomer and ultimately lead me to trying Bingo - I wasn't made aware and when I picked up my pup, he was completely shaved! This has never happened at Bingo. The staff is always so friendly and gentle. Highly highly recommend!

Helen fixed up my baby just right! I have a Pomeranian with interesting coloring that makes haircuts difficult. She also has had some sensitivities to clipper burn in the past and Helen always sends her home happy and beautiful!
