I love BYR and all the teachers.
I think it's a wonderful practice, and a good opportunity to try other kinds of yoga like Forrest, SG vinyasa, Yin ecc.
All the people in the studio are very special.
Because I have been going on and off to Bikram Yoga Roma Studio for the last 9 years and I love the set up and the way the classes are run. The owner Marzia and the people that work with her are always super professional and friendly, always smiling :)
