Facility is clean, staff is friendly, and the instructors are encouraging and keep it light! The new lights for inferno Pilates are so fun, too. Keep it up guys, you rock!!

Bikram Yoga is a critical component of my health care/well being. While you're asking - I would so like to see additional one hour Bikram Yoga classes, especially on the weekend.
I recently moved to SF and have been trying to find a solid bikram style studio. I don't require much - but haven't been able to find one :( this studio hasjust what you need! Lots of classes, nice hot room, showers, nice changing area.
It's a very welcoming environment. Classes are great. I'm very very much a beginner. And I didn't feel intimidated, in fact I felt very encouraged.
