Andreawas incredible with helping me through modifications for my injury. Where other places have made me feel uncomfortable, joking whether I've "signed the waiver" she understood my limitations and welcomed me so I could get a workout in and stay in shape through my recovery. It goes such a long way when you're already struggling with so many other things to feel like someone cares.
The studio is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anna is a great teacher with a calm voice and steady pace. If only the class was not so super extra hot, everyone was already having to sit down during the warm up series.
