• Always loved and recommended BYI. It's nice to come back to a beautiful, clean and spacious studio. Felt safe, on my mat, with the social distancing practices. After a six months break, just one practice was amazingly restorative, the energy was nourishing; can't wait for more. Always recommended Bikram Yoga; especially BYI.
