BYA offers the authentic Bikram series with the full dialogue -- no short-cuts, no replacements, no nonsense -- it's the real deal. The room is nice and hot and humid -- with beautiful big windows looking out onto the W&OD trail. It's a great place to practice. They follow strict COVID safety protocol, which makes me feel very comfortable.
