I've gone twice, but both times the instructor knew my name and helped me with my form in a way that was very kind. I am a beginner to bikram yoga and I feel like it is a comfortable space to learn. Sometimes classes can be intimidating for beginners, but I feel good in this class.

I really enjoy the studio. Please don’t get rid of the carpet though. That would be a game-changer. I’ve tried the studio in DuPont that has the rubber floors and don’t go because I don’t like the flooring.
