It was a great first time experience and I felt encouraged along the way.....and I sweated a lot!!!!!
A) 10-1 bc of appearances & odor
I'm totally a fan... but my life experience informs me setting could be better
B) Based upon low cost high ROI - recommend investment in better lighting... less "lights in your face"
Lighting effects to consider would include drape/ shade/ cultural cloth.... something ....over the bright wall mounted fluorescent lighting
Adrian is knowledge and a great instructor who created a great atmosphere. Well paced class.

Really, the teacher was awesome. I loved his energy. But the studio was welcoming and clean as well.
