Great instructions and not overly packed . These studios tend to retain sweat smell and in my visits there I did not detect any bad smells .
The practice there is a Love/Hate relationship. Even when I don’t plan on working hard that particular day the instructors seemed to motivate me to do more. I complain in my head but then smile once the session is done!
I enjoyed the class...the front desk was very friendly...it was a great first time experience.
