I love the new floor in the hot room and the temperature was perfect. The staff are friendly and the yoga instruction was solid. Great prices for monthly membership!
BYA is my happy place! The staff are so friendly and attentive and the other guests are so kind as well. It's just a wonderful environment all around and I always feel amazing when I leave.
Well maintained and organized
My first experience with Bikram was intimidating and not positive. Total 180 aftercoming to this class! Our instructor on Saturday was excellent - his recommendations on breathing and slowing the heart rate were very helpful. I would love to come again! Changed my mind completely about Bikram.
