Facility was great
Cleanliness was great
-Greeting/welcome was great
-Information sharing was amazing
-Instructor (Adrian) was funny, helpful, knowledgeable, calming, and allowed ppl to feel comfortable regardless of skill
-Class duration seemed like it would have been long, but 90 minutes was perfect and so necessary to get into a good flow
-Location of facility was perfect for me
-Plenty of parking
-Great crowd/class of all levels
There is great benefit to practicing Bikram(Hot) Yoga. The instructor was great.
Nice to be back. Not a 10 because room was not as hot because of chill outside. And heat not increased. But, I understand that consensus did not want to increase heat.
During this pendamic, you guys doing very well with orderly enter to the end. Also it was great being in Michael's class finally!! Him and Jenifer sense of humor are funny and keeping class smoothly.
