• I was in need of a haircut and did not want to wait--late on a Saturday night,as suggested by my Daughter Bii Salon- their website allowed me to text and response time was immediate- made my appointment for Sunday with Kat and I was 100% satisfied with my haircut & style and Kat's customer service & knowledge. Very wise business decision to be open on Sundays.

• After being a loyal customer for 5 years, I moved to Florida. I still haven't found a stylist in Florida that even comes CLOSE to James and his team. So on my visit Back to Crystal Lake this weekend, I made an appointment to have my highlights "fixed" and I walked out feeling like myself again for the first time! Thank you to Lilliana for "finding" me and to Adam for fitting me in on short notice. I love you guys!
