I am loving the classes so much. The only feedback I'd like to give is that classes which have an online option and are brodcasted live have a very different vibe from classes where the teacher can focus only on us. The difference is quite big. And the classes which are not being brodcasted online have more people too, which make the energy in the room simply amazing.

Lovely calm place, really love relaxing in the sauna and Laura’s massage was amazing, she is such a warm & kind person that you can’t help but feel comforted.
Good online session. Instructor tried his best to involve us all despite online.
The quality of the classes is second to none. Teachers are professional. Sessions are well timed.
The only not so good aspect is that mats are very slippery, what I believe is due to layers of disinfecting detergent being applied. Perhaps they could benefit from deep cleaning.
