I love everything about the studio. The atmosphere. The instructors are great. The practice is great.
I felt immediately welcomed. The teachers make sure everyone is doing their practice safe and correctly. I live in Philadelphia and yet I still drive to the studio because it's a wonderful place. Since practicing here, I've felt a complete change in my mind as well as my body.
Great teachers, good variety of challenging classes, good selection of classes after 5PM, hot room.
