• I have the best PT Trainer I could ask for. Tam really does know her stuff and she knows what she is doing, even on days I think she is killing me, I know it is good for me. I love coming to my appointment with her every single time. She is great to be with and I findmy time with her is well spent. After been to Strand Fitness in Burdell, I find BFITT to be so much better. I wouldn't swap Tam for anyone, she is the reason I get out of bed everyday I have an appointment 👌👍❤️
