• Actually, if I recall, I had my mat over a part of the floor that smelled very badly with sweat. Toward the end of the session when I realized it, I was having a hard time staying in the class from this. Also, the teacher was adjusting the lights a lot & it felt distracting. I'd change my rating to an 7 for this reason. Class was otherwise most classes have been good that I've been to.
