It was great overall--instructor/environment/heat/humidity. I wanted a bit more variety and intensity to the class. Did not like the music during the savasana at the end--would prefer no words for that. Did not care for the diffuser. Would prefer no scents or a much more subtle one. Class started a few minutes late.

Good teachers, every one of them. Promise is great at what she does, as are all of the instructors.

I really like it. Except my first class was supposed to be free according to the ladies at the front desk in CDA. But Cole told me I do not get that free class. I think I should be able to have the first class free since that is what I was told. Integrity!
