I LOVE that it gets really hot and I sweat!!! ALL of the instructors have been nice and really great at teaching and giving instruction and tips which I appreciate! I tried hot yoga for a couple of months awhile back in Post Falls and I do like yours much better. I wished I had learned about your place sooner!!!
