Very welcoming staff from entering the front door, instruction was well articulated and easy for a new beginner to follow along. As well as the staff all being very helpful and friendly I was very nervous about it my skill level being less than ideal as I'm recovering from an injury and my balance and strength are not regained, but every person in the entire class was welcoming and friendly, it felt very good after class as everyone was willing to chat with each other. A family feel to the yoga studio and for that I am grateful! I am so glad I started and am sad it took me so long to build up the courage to start!
