Hot yoga is life changing, and I love the BEYOUTIFUL community! Today I took a class from Promise. She is outstanding, “the real deal” as I shared with her 😊. Her routines are fun, challenging, feel so good, and she gives very beneficial instruction regarding correct form. The ONLY thing I wish BEYOUTIFUL hot yoga offered is infrared light? I understand that there are some amazing benefits from it.
