• Dr. McCartney was very congenial and helpful. He took time to explain the program and answer my questions. The front desk staff, both on the phone & in person were warm and welcoming. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is I would have liked to receive a little more information up front, such as that the HCG would be mailed to me after the visit when I enrolled and that I wouldn't be scheduled for regular consultations/weigh-ins.

• Scheduling was very easy...was able to do it by email. Upon arriving, I was greeted and roomed promptly. Did not have to wait long to see provider once roomed.Procedure was painless & comfortable.
