• Katie is very accommodating and does a great job on my thermal facial. She tells me what she is using on my face and if I want to possibly use it at home. The free samples are very beneficial because I get to try the product first and when I love a product I buy the line. Samples are a very great idea. She explains and is very easy on my face. I really like the service and transparency.
