• Actually I give you a 8 or 9. You have a nice facility, nice people, but I don't like your no-show policy of charging $25. Other hair removal places that I've been to over the years do not do that.

• The people I encountered were very attentive to my needs and didn't make me feel as though they were trying to push any additional services or products on me. Katie explained everything she was doing during my treatment and then also helped me understand the additional services I inquired about and the benefits of them. Katie also showed me some products she thought I may like based on my concerns. The Nurse Practitioner also came in to talk to me for a few minutes and gave me some additional information. And my skin feels amazing today!
