First impressions from going to one group fitness class: Personable staff, clean facility, received individual adjustments and positive reinforcement from class instructor, prices are competitive - not too high, not so low I worry if they will be able to stay afloat, location is close to home, laid back atmosphere of acceptance for where you are in your fitness journey
