• My experience with my latest technician has been awesome. But I find quite a bit of variability in quality between your technicians re: their technique, etc. For example, my skin has been burned slightly after a brow lift from someone with less experience. This feels like something that's avoidable given the right guidance and training. However, I think you do a great job of being transparent about their levels which I appreciate.
