First of all- everyone there was so nice and showed me around. The gym was very clean with lots of different equipment. The trainer that led the class (Shannon) was so awesome! Explained all the exercises and corrected form when needed. And modified exercises for people that needed it. I loved the class structure and the music!!!! My butt was feeling it the next day for sure!!!
