• After reading the reviews, I had high hopes for Body Techniques...and I was not disappointed. Caitlyn was great in receiving my stressed back muscles using just the right amount of pressure. I could feel the tension melting away.

• I am so happy with my visit to Body Techniques. I'd been suffering from back spasms that were causing me severe back, neck, and head pain for over two weeks. It was hard getting dressed, doing my job, sleeping, etc. I had tried heat, stretching, anti inflammatories, muscle relaxers, cupping, and a massage (elsewhere) without any relief. Last night I went to see Angel to try massage one last time. The massage was targeted at my areas of pain and was incredible. I felt better immediately and while I still had some tightness and pain this morning, it was an extraordinary improvement from the previous weeks. I am so grateful for the relief! I am not one that gets massages regularly, but I plan to see Angel again very soon. As a bonus, the staff was very professional and kind and the massage chairs in the waiting area were great. Thanks! I'll be back!
