• The staff is very professional and welcoming! I had a 60 minute session with Cristina. She focused on the areas that I considered to be the most “painful”. She was super knowledgeable and provided a few stretches that I can do before and during work hours since I spend most of my day in front of a computer. Leaving Body Techniques I felt very relaxed and super relieved. Will definitely recommend to others.
