• I pretty much got thrown on my head at Jujitsu class a few months ago. I've had allot of pain in my upper back/shoulder area for months now. For the last week it turned into a constant aching that would shoot down my arm and bother me all day, it would even wake me up at night. Ibuprofen would barley work and I would take plenty all day. I went to a Chiropractor, I went through the Kaiser PT, I was still having pain issues. A fellow employee at work told me to go see Mary at Body Techniques. I put it off for at least a month or so. As I would be rolling my back with a tennis ball against the wall at work all day, I would hear "Dude, you need to go see Mary" so, I finally went in and had the Deep tissue Massage from Mary. The aching I had is completely gone. She hit all the spots with perfect pressure. I went in because of one spot in my back really but she found all the other knots also. I'm glad I went in.
