• Jennifer LLoyd is amazing. I go to her regularly - love her facials combined with shoulder and head massage! She lets me decide if during the session I want to talk or just lay silent. And she’s so thorough! I had a reaction to my prior facial with her (which never happens), and when I told her, she had her notes to look back on from our prior session and determined what the difference was. She was apologetic (didn’t need to be - never know how a product will work on me until we try), and she adjusted my treatment accordingly . Just one example of how she makes the sessions feel so personalized!

• The Yoga instructors on Thursdays and Saturdays are always on time or early to set up the room, very polite, respectful and willing to help BT clients for suggestions. I love the small teacher ratio, very intimate and private. The room is relatively clean and very appropriate space to work with. Thank you BT.
