• Great help at the front desk; flexible policy and practices (because it was my birthday); excellent and very attentive massage by Lisa. I was pleased overall. I'd have given it a 10 if it were in a different setting (other than a business park), and weren't so difficult to find, and if it felt a bit more like a spa (maybe some cucumber water or herbal tea, and a shower). But otherwise I was VERY pleased!

• All the staff is friendly. In addition the therapist listened to my concerns and actively addressed them during our session. The space is clean and relaxing. All around good experience.
