• Dr Sage listens so well, not only to my words, also to my body. She asks great questions, looks carefully and reads what is happening with my bones and joints and tension and then skillfully moves my body to better alignment. I never feel pain or worry that what she is doing is too much or not safe. Her attention to safe movement into healthy balance is masterful. She inspires me to be in my body with more ease and joy, and listening to what my body most needs. She makes all of this attainable.
