Re-booked before leaving* Welcoming - and kept me in the loop of a small delay but never left me waiting/wondering Very knowledgeable and friendly staff Consultation with Julie was exactly what I needed so I could explain my hair likes and dislikes - went in to the processing time feeling confident I would be getting what I asked for Never felt like I was being sold product or services I didn't need/want, but was educated along the way - I did purchase shampoo/conditioner but never felt pressured to Atmosphere is inviting, clean and trendy - which added to the experience. I will be back!
